You pick your text, choose how you want it written, select the font style and font size, and if you have a logo or custom design, you can upload that too. Then we send you a prepaid postage label within 24 hours, so your case can start its little journey.

And do not worry — for extra peace of mind, you only send the case, not the AirPods themselves.

Once it arrives with us, we put together a design example and send it to you by email. That way, you can check everything and make sure it feels just right before we get started. If you are happy, we go ahead. If we do not hear back within 24 hours, we carry on so your order does not get stuck waiting around too long.

Then comes the fun part.

We carefully engrave your case, pack it back up, and send it home to you with tracked delivery. Our aim is to have your personalised AirPods case back with you within 1 week from start to finish.
